Its a gray and calm morning about 4:15 and my brain is swimming with all that ahead. This is my last week in Homer and with preparations for fishcamp and getting ready to rent the house and leave for a year... I drop it all and start this deal. Dan Patterson who I fished herring with the last two seasons on the Namorada encouraged me to do this...I'm not sure what will come of the blog but ... "its the first step" My hope is that Cate and the girls chime in and it becomes a group effort.
